AskMyDoctor.health (the “Service”) provides general health information, structured symptom guidance, medication look-ups, and care-navigation support in multiple languages. It is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Output is educational and intended to help you decide when and where to seek care. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. In an emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Make medical decisions for others without their consent
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service, including its UI, copy, brand, and clinical content, is owned by AskMyDoctor.health and protected by applicable laws. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, accurate, complete, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskMyDoctor.health and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
